This set contains ten L-shaped rubber O-ring gaskets: five 11228 and five 11412. Each is manufactured to replicate OEM physical properties — tensile strength ≥8 MPa, elongation at break ≥350%, and compression set ≤25% after 70h at 70°C. Dimensions follow ISO 3601-1:2012 standards for fluid power systems, adapted for pool filtration use. The L-shape enables dual-direction sealing: vertical leg engages the lid’s sealing surface while horizontal leg anchors in the housing groove — critical for maintaining integrity during vacuum-phase priming and pressure-phase filtration. Rubber formulation meets EN 681-1 for elastomeric seals in contact with potable water. Verified compatibility includes Hayward-derived sand filter pumps sold in the UK under model codes 26323CA, 26331CA, 26351EH and 28643EG. No tools, adhesives or additional consumables needed.
