100 Mesh Inline Water Strainer Nylon PC

A compact, reusable inline strainer measuring 12 cm × 9 cm × 2.5 cm, with 20 mm (1/2 inch) inlet and outlet ports. Built with a rugged nylon body for mechanical durability, a clear polycarbonate (PC) top cover for visibility, and a washable 100 mesh stainless steel filter insert. The 100 mesh rating corresponds to ~150 micron particle retention — effective for trapping fine sediment, algae fragments, and organic detritus common in UK rainwater butts and pond supplies. Its straight-through flow path preserves system pressure, and the smooth internal surfaces resist biofilm buildup. Designed for cold water use only. Installs directly into existing 1/2 inch pipework or hose connections — widely adopted by UK allotment holders, patio gardeners, and small-scale hydroponic hobbyists seeking reliable, visible, and low-maintenance filtration.
