100-Pack M8 Nylon Flat Washers

This pack contains 100 flat washers in M8 size, with 16 mm outer diameter and 1.7 mm thickness, compliant with DIN 125. Each unit weighs 0.25 g and is manufactured from white polyamide (PA/nylon), selected for its excellent resistance to oxidation and rust—critical in environments where metal washers would corrode or stain surrounding materials. Polyamide delivers balanced mechanical properties: sufficient compressive strength to support bolted joints, plus flexibility that accommodates thermal expansion and surface irregularities. Used between bolt heads and substrates, they prevent surface marring, improve torque consistency, and extend service life in repeated assembly/disassembly cycles. Suitable for aluminium, steel, and composite materials, these washers are widely deployed in domestic appliances, plumbing systems, HVAC components, and light industrial equipment—both inside buildings and in sheltered external settings.
