1000V Silicone Test Leads 90cm Pair

This pair of test leads features high-dielectric silicone insulation, 4mm banana plugs with 17mm insertion depth, and full compliance with 1000V AC/DC and 10A continuous rating. Cable length is precisely 90 cm (34.4 inches), excluding plug bodies. Constructed in red and black for clear polarity identification, they are engineered for repeated use across multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters and ammeters. Silicone’s inherent flexibility remains stable across UK ambient temperatures (-20°C to +180°C), resisting hardening or cracking over time — unlike cheaper PVC alternatives. The 17mm plug design engages fully with standard meter sockets, reducing contact resistance and improving signal fidelity during low-voltage or high-impedance measurements. Suitable for electricians verifying circuit integrity, students conducting lab experiments, and maintenance technicians troubleshooting control panels or appliance wiring — all while meeting basic safety expectations for non-CAT-rated general-purpose testing.
