10dB Wideband RF Amplifier Module

This RF gain amplifier features a rigid 46 × 30 × 12 mm enclosure made from CNC-machined aluminium alloy, offering excellent shielding and heat dispersion. It functions on a single +5V supply delivered through a USB Type-C port, drawing between 10 mA and 50 mA depending on frequency and signal level. The operational bandwidth is 10 MHz to 6 GHz — confirmed at key frequencies including 433 MHz, 1.2 GHz, 1.5 GHz, 2.4 GHz, and 5.8 GHz. SMA female connectors (external thread, internal pin) are used on both input and output sides. The module delivers +10 dBm P1dB at 2 GHz, with measured compression up to +18 dBm at the same frequency; noise figure is 4.5 dB. Supplied as a twin-pack with two USB cables — ready for direct connection to SDR receivers, spectrum analysers, or custom RF test benches.
