This MPO (Female) to MPO (Female) fiber patch cord contains 12 optical fibres of OM3 multimode grade and is exactly 5 meters in length. The outer sheath is made from heat-resistant plastic rated to 105℃. It complies with OM3 bandwidth specifications (3 dB bandwidth) and is intended for use with QSFP+ transceivers in high-speed data communication systems. Its MPO connectors feature precision ceramic ferrules and guide pin alignment, ensuring repeatable physical contact and minimal modal dispersion. The cable’s compact diameter and flexible jacket support routing through tight-radius bends and crowded patch panels without kinking or performance degradation. Commonly deployed in UK-based colocation facilities, university HPC clusters and NHS digital infrastructure projects—where adherence to EN 50173-2 cabling standards and proven thermal reliability are contractually mandated.
