12V Dual-Mode Adjustable Electric Strike

This electric strike lock features a compact 11 x 2.5 x 3 cm footprint and is built using advanced electromagnetic processing technology. Its metal body includes a high-temperature-resistant surface finish and thick stainless steel casing enclosing copper coils. It delivers 300kg holding strength at DC 12V / 280mA, with no residual magnetism during or after activation. The zinc alloy die-cast latch tongue is fully adjustable — allowing fine-tuning of projection depth to match door frame variations. Rated for -10°C to +55°C and 0–95% non-condensing humidity, it supports reliable operation in UK offices, residential gatehouses, and industrial entryways. Mounting is mortise-embedded for clean integration into wooden, stainless steel, and fire-rated doors. A simple mechanical toggle lets users select NC (lock on power loss) or NO (unlock on power loss) behaviour — no controller firmware changes required.
