A complete 13-piece deburring solution built around high-speed steel (HSS) performance: 1 contoured handle, 1 micro flush cutter with 21° angled head, 10 replaceable HSS blades, and 1 pair of fine-tipped tweezers. Approximate handle length: 12cm; cutter jaw width: 8mm; total assembled weight: ~280g. All metallic components use heat-treated carbon steel for structural resilience, while blades meet industrial HSS composition standards for hardness and thermal stability. The 10-blade system is segmented by application: 5 blades sized and sharpened for ferrous and non-ferrous metals (steel, brass, aluminium); 3 blades with higher Rockwell hardness for stainless steel and hardened alloys; and 3 low-force blades shaped for brittle or low-strength materials including photopolymer resin, thin copper, balsa and engineering plastics. The rotating head allows blade orientation adjustment without removing the tool from the workpiece — ideal for navigating complex organic shapes or nested supports. The flush cutter excels at severing support remnants up to 1.3mm thick with no visible lip or distortion.
