150W 12V DC-AC Boost Inverter PCB

A dedicated 12V DC to AC conversion PCB, sized 66 × 61 mm, delivering up to 150W continuous (200W peak) output. Input is strictly 12V DC; output voltages are fixed at 110V / 200V / 220V / 280V and selected via onboard jumper. Output waveform is high-frequency square wave (37kHz) or DC — not suitable for motor-driven or transformer-based loads. Onboard control IC is either ST SG3525A or KA3525; power switches are RU6099R or DX3205R MOSFETs. No-load current is 250mA. Requires active cooling (fan + heatsink) above 100W load or during prolonged operation. Includes detailed cautions about polarity, cable gauge, short-circuit prevention, and limitations when measuring output with standard multimeters.
