15m Black Ground-Level Drip Hose

This 15-metre black drip hose operates at ground level, releasing water directly into the topsoil layer through a homogenous porous matrix. Material: UV-resistant thermoplastic elastomer; outer diameter: 12 mm; wall thickness: 2.5 mm; weight: ~0.8 kg. Tested for durability under repeated coiling/uncoiling and exposure to British weather conditions including drizzle, light frost and summer sun. Water application is passive and continuous — no pressure spikes, no pulsing, no start-stop cycling. Flow begins within seconds of opening the tap and ceases fully within 30 seconds of closure. Capable of covering a 15–20 cm wide band of soil per side when laid straight, or up to 30 cm when looped or serpentine-laid in tight beds. Especially effective for newly planted specimens requiring frequent shallow watering, Mediterranean-style gravel gardens, herb spirals, vertical planter pockets and shaded woodland edges where overhead watering promotes moss or mildew. Compatible with rainwater butts via gravity feed (minimum 1m head height required).
