2 Inch Rigid Stainless Leaf Strainer

Exact footprint: 10.5 cm × 4 cm × 7.5 cm. Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (18/8 composition), tested to BS EN 10088-1 standards for corrosion resistance in atmospheric exposure. Surface: mill-finish, burr-free edges. Structural layout: 10 vertical load-bearing bars connected by top/bottom frames — creates open area ratio of ~62% for balanced flow vs. filtration. Intended solely for 2-inch downspout termination points. No assembly or adaptation needed: inserts in under 5 seconds per unit. Holds position via snug friction fit and downward water pressure — does not rely on suction or adhesion. Cleanable with tap water; no degreasers or solvents required. Colour remains stable — no fading or discolouration after prolonged UV exposure typical in southern UK counties. Used successfully in conservation areas, listed buildings, and new-build developments where aesthetic discretion, material authenticity, and long service life are prioritised over disposable alternatives.
