A high-functionality biscuit press combining stainless steel durability, aluminium precision, and food-safe materials. Handle: polished stainless steel; body and 20 mould discs: lightweight anodised aluminium; nozzles: stainless steel; connectors: food-grade PP. Total weight: 380 g; length: 24 cm. Discs range from 3.8–4.5 cm in diameter, cut to exact 1.8 mm depth for optimal dough release. Nozzles include small round (2 mm), medium star (4 mm), large star (6 mm), and petal (5 mm width). Works best with chilled, smooth doughs and medium-stiff icings. Fully disassemblable: no adhesives, no screws — all joints are press-fit or threaded with hand-tight security. Clean by rinsing each part separately; avoid soaking rubber seals (none used here) or abrasive pads.
