216W Adjustable DC Buck Boost Converter

This 216W adjustable DC buck-boost converter accepts 6–36V input and delivers 0.0–36.0V output at up to 6.000A, with 0.01V and 0.001A resolution. Voltage accuracy is ±0.5% + 1 digit; current accuracy is ±0.5% + 3 digits. It includes a 1.8-inch LCD display (38×29mm viewable area), five physical buttons, and integrated buzzer for status feedback. Typical output ripple is 150mVpp; conversion efficiency is approximately 88%. The module supports MPPT solar charging and stores 10 independent configuration sets. All protections — anti-backflow, under-voltage (5.5–36V), over-voltage (0–38V), over-current (0–6.2A), over-power (0–250W), over-temperature (0–110°C), over-time (1 min–99h59m), over-capacity (0–9999Ah), and over-energy (0–9999kWh) — are user-adjustable. Built on PCB substrate, compact and robust for integration into test benches, solar chargers, battery analyser rigs, and educational electronics kits — where adaptability, measurement confidence, and safety coexist.
