24V DC 8-Channel RS485 Relay Module

This DIN-rail-mounted relay module operates at 24V DC with low standby current (13mA) and scalable load current up to 225mA when all 8 relays are active. It features 8 photoelectrically isolated NPN inputs (active low), 8 relay outputs rated for 10A across multiple voltage standards (250VAC / 125VAC / 30VDC / 28VDC / 12VDC), and full Modbus RTU support (function codes 03, 06, 16) over RS485. Configuration options include associated/non-associated I/O mapping, six operating modes (open, close, jog, self-lock, interlock, delay), and adjustable baud rates (2400–19200 bps via jumper). Housed in a flame-retardant V-0 ABS enclosure (140 × 88 × 42 mm), it mounts securely on DIN35 or C45 rails and is compatible with UM72 PCB width (72 mm) and 136 mm base plate length. Up to 64 units can operate in parallel on one Modbus network, with maximum command delay configurable up to 255 seconds.
