2500VDC Isolated RS485 Module

This UART-to-RS485 conversion module delivers 2500VDC isolation for both power and signal paths, enhancing reliability in harsh industrial environments. Physical dimensions: 54mm × 21mm × 12mm; lightweight at ~15g; compatible with standard 2.54mm pitch headers for plug-and-play integration. It integrates an isolated DC-DC converter and optocoupled signal isolation, eliminating ground loop issues and preserving data fidelity across electrically disparate systems. The onboard 120Ω termination resistor ensures optimal impedance matching for stable long-distance transmission. Supports true half-duplex RS485 multi-point communication with up to 128 devices per bus. Engineered for hot-swapping without bus interruption, and uses PCB-level noise mitigation techniques including strategic copper pouring and differential trace layout.
