25A High-Performance EMI Filter Board

9.5 cm long, ~50 g. A two-stage, reactance-type low-pass EMI filter board for placement at the AC mains input of electronic equipment. Blocks high-frequency interference travelling along power cables — whether injected from the grid or radiated from internal switching components such as inverters, SMPS units and microcontroller clock circuits. Features high-reliability imported passive components for consistent attenuation performance. Used extensively in environments demanding clean power: laboratory instrumentation, smart building controllers, precision manufacturing tooling, vertical transport systems, programmable logic controllers, variable-frequency drives, emergency lighting inverters and embedded automotive modules. Correct installation requires grounding the E-terminal to the system chassis, using twisted-pair wiring, avoiding shared cable trays for input/output lines, and locating the filter before any internal DC conversion stage.
