The three-hole mounting pattern aligns with standard UK stud spacing (400 mm centres) and accommodates both vertical and diagonal fixing — ideal for retrofitting into existing walls without repositioning studs. Swivel head rotates smoothly before locking, allowing fine-tuning of handrail projection (up to 120 mm from wall) and pitch-matching across multi-flight stairs. Tested for compatibility with common UK building substrates: 12.5 mm Gyproc, 18 mm OSB, 100 mm dense concrete block, and granite cladding. Includes M6 × 40 mm screws for timber, plus instructions for selecting correct anchors for masonry or plasterboard.
