4-Flute Alloy Countersink With Adjustable Depth Stop

This 4-flute countersink drill bit features an integrated depth stop mechanism with an external aluminum alloy ring and internal ball bearings that halt rotation on wood contact — preventing over-drilling and reducing material wear. Constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy (body and stop ring) and four precision carbon steel drill bits, it delivers strength and heat resistance. Total length is 80 mm (3.15 in), with a standard 6.25 mm (1/4 in) hex shank. Internal drill bit diameters are 2.8 mm, 3.2 mm, 3.5 mm, and 4.0 mm (0.11–0.16 in). The stepped geometry ensures clean chip removal and minimizes wood splintering for flush or recessed screw seating. Drill depth is fully adjustable from 5 mm to 35 mm (0.2–1.38 in) via protrusion control. Compatible with most drills, impact drivers, and quick-change chucks using the universal 6.25 mm hex shank.
