4 Inch Rubber Spring Gate Caster

A robust 4-inch black rubber wheel mounted on a corrosion-resistant galvanized steel bracket, engineered for long-term outdoor use on wooden gates and fences. Each unit supports up to 250 lbs and incorporates a fully enclosed compression spring with 1.73 inches of travel to manage surface variation and reduce mechanical shock. Ball bearings ensure quiet, low-friction swivelling. Pre-compression during installation is required to prevent gate suspension over small dips. Supplied with two 90 mm × M8 bolts, two M8 nuts, and two washers — all suited for standard UK timber gate construction.
