4-Port Isolated USB RS485 Interface

Compact industrial-grade converter measuring 120 × 80 × 25 mm and weighing ~150 g. Constructed with durable black ABS housing. Uses CH344L chipset for dependable USB 2.0 to serial conversion with native Windows/macOS/Linux driver support. Delivers complete galvanic isolation between host PC (USB side) and all four RS485 outputs — including isolated power delivery to the RS485 side, removing dependency on external 5V/12V sources. Protection circuitry includes resettable fuse and bidirectional TVS diodes to suppress overvoltage and limit fault current. Each of the four RS485 ports has an onboard 120Ω termination resistor selectable via dedicated DIP switch — allowing precise tuning for point-to-point, multidrop or long-cable deployments. Engineered for continuous operation in electrically noisy settings: manufacturing lines, energy substations, HVAC control panels and transportation infrastructure — where signal fidelity, device safety and maintenance-free uptime are non-negotiable.
