40-60 PSI Adjustable Pressure Switch

This pressure switch features a precise 40–60 PSI adjustable operating range and built-in differential pressure control. It has a 1/4 inch female NPT thread for standard pump integration, weighs approximately 180 g, and measures roughly 7.5 × 5.5 × 4.5 cm (allowing for ±1–3 cm measurement tolerance). Constructed with durable plastic housing in grey finish, it uses mechanical contact switching to reliably open or close the pump power circuit based on system pressure changes. The switch activates the electric water pump when pressure drops to the lower threshold (e.g. 40 PSI) and deactivates it when pressure rises to the upper threshold (e.g. 60 PSI), with user-adjustable differential between them. This prevents rapid cycling and supports stable pump operation across jet, submersible, and reciprocating pump types. Ideal for domestic water systems, irrigation setups, pressure tanks, and portable pump installations where consistent, manual pressure regulation is required without electronic controllers.
