40A 2000W PWM Motor Speed Controller

This high-power DC motor speed regulator supports input voltages from 9V to 55V DC, making it compatible with common systems including 9V, 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V and 55V battery or power supplies. It delivers continuous output current up to 40A and handles up to 2000W of power under load, with linear voltage output proportional to speed setting. Speed is precisely adjusted via a 100KΩ linear potentiometer (knob travel depth: 7mm), offering smooth 0–100% control at a stable 25kHz PWM switching frequency. The unit features screw-type barrier terminals for secure wiring and compact dimensions of 83 × 56 × 28 mm (3.26 × 2.2 × 1.1 inches), with a main PCB size of 72 × 48 mm (2.83 inches). Designed for demanding DC motor and pump applications where wide-voltage operation and robust current handling are essential.
