40A PWM Speed Controller DC9-55V Linear

This DC motor speed controller delivers dependable, high-current regulation across a broad voltage spectrum. Designed for industrial and custom integration use, it accepts DC input from 9 V up to 55 V — fully supporting 12 V, 24 V, 36 V and 48 V systems without derating. Its output delivers linear voltage under load, ensuring predictable motor behaviour regardless of RPM or torque. Continuous current rating is 40 A, with thermal design allowing sustained operation under typical duty cycles. Speed is adjusted via a 100 kΩ linear potentiometer (148 spec), giving direct, proportional control across the full 0–100% range. Internal PWM operates at 25 kHz for silent, efficient switching. Electrical termination uses fence-type screw terminals rated for repeated connection/disconnection. The PCB-based construction ensures repeatability and ease of mounting in control cabinets or chassis-mounted enclosures.
