433MHz CC1101 Transceiver High-Sensitivity Module

This CC1101-based transceiver module provides robust, configurable wireless communication in the 433MHz ISM band — fully compliant for use across the UK and EU without regulatory approval. Operating voltage is 1.8–3.6V (3.3V recommended), supporting integration with common microcontrollers and low-voltage systems. It achieves a maximum data throughput of 500kbps while maintaining flexibility: users can lower the rate (e.g., to 1.2kbps) to boost sensitivity (–110dBm), noise immunity, and effective range. Modulation options include 2-FSK, GFSK, and MSK, each selectable via software. Power efficiency is central — 15.6mA typical transmit current and programmable +10dBm output allow balancing between battery life and coverage. Additional capabilities include hardware CRC validation, automatic clear-channel assessment (CCA), fast frequency hopping synthesis, wireless electromagnetic wake-up from sleep, and software-defined addressing. The module uses a standard DIP footprint with independent 64-byte RX and TX FIFOs. In open areas, reliable communication exceeds 200 metres; actual performance depends on antenna design, environmental obstructions, and selected data rate. Physical PCB colour matches reference photo; measurements may vary by ±1–3cm.
