It operates on a dual DC power supply of ±45 V to ±70 V, with ±65 V recommended for optimal 500W rated output into a 4 Ω load at 1% THD. Efficiency exceeds 90%, delivering strong performance with minimal heat generation. Frequency response spans the full audible range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with signal-to-noise ratio at 90 dB and voltage gain of 50×. Input sensitivity is 1 V (RMS), compatible with standard line-level sources. The board supports 4–8 Ω speakers and includes built-in DC bias protection to safeguard connected horns or drivers. It features relay-based power sequencing — enabling soft-start delay on power-on and instantaneous cutoff on power-off — eliminating turn-on/turn-off thumps. An integrated relay power supply allows direct connection to 110 V or 220 V AC mains.
