8-Channel Isolated DC Motor Controller

An 8-channel optocoupler-isolated MOSFET module engineered specifically for DC motor and high-power DC load control. Designed to interface directly with microcontrollers or small PLCs, it accepts 5V–48V DC on the input side and drives loads up to 48V DC and 2A continuous per channel (3A peak), with maximum per-channel motor rating of 60W. All eight outputs feature independent PWM-capable switching, enabling granular speed or intensity control. The board includes dedicated VCC and GND for 5V logic supply, IN1–IN8 for signal inputs, VIN and GND for load-side power, and OUT1–OUT8 plus shared load GND for device connection. The H/L jumper configures input polarity, and the 5V version incorporates an operational LED indicator. Made from flame-retardant plastic housing, it offers reliable performance in educational labs, prototype automation rigs, and small-scale OEM equipment where isolation, scalability, and simplicity are priorities.
