Adjustable Foldable Lens Hood

Engineered for compatibility with 58mm filter threads, this lens hood uses a hybrid construction of high-grade rubber and a corrosion-resistant metal ring for secure, repeatable mounting. Its lightweight design (approx. 65g) does not add bulk to your lens setup. The three-stage adjustment mechanism allows precise positioning—fully extended for longer focal lengths, partially extended for standard optics, and fully retracted for wide-angle lenses—ensuring full frame coverage without corner darkening. By limiting peripheral light entry, it minimises astigmatism and contrast loss caused by stray light in challenging lighting conditions. Additionally, its protruding shape creates a protective barrier around the front lens element, reducing risk of accidental contact, dust accumulation and exposure to light precipitation or wind-driven particles.
