Adjustable Heel Wedge Inserts For Over-Pronation

These orthopedic heel inserts measure 0.45 inch (top layer) and 0.2 inch (additional layers), made from durable, compressible EVA foam with a contoured cupped heel design that matches natural heel curvature. They weigh approximately 35g per insert and are sized to fit standard UK shoe sizes 3–13. The layered system allows progressive correction: use one 0.2" layer for mild alignment support, combine layers up to 0.85" total height for moderate to severe over-pronation or knee-loading issues. Scientifically angled medial and lateral wedging helps realign foot placement during stance and gait, reducing rotational stress on the tibia and knee joint. Ideal for daily wear in lace-up or strap-style footwear where heel slippage is minimal, and especially beneficial for individuals experiencing discomfort linked to uneven foot alignment, bow legs, knock knees, or early-stage osteoarthritis-related loading patterns.
