Air-Cooled 40A Plasma Torch Body

A purpose-built plasma torch body for 40A air-cooled inverters, built to PT31 interface specifications. Made from durable metal and plastic components, it withstands daily workshop use while remaining lightweight and balanced. At ~19 cm long with M14/M16 tracheal connection, it functions at 0.4–0.6 MPa input pressure and supports cutting from 1 mm to 35 mm on ferrous metals. Its pilot arc ignition enables rapid, repeatable starts without electrode damage. The bent handle design improves grip security and directional control — especially useful for bevel cuts, contour work or confined spaces. Fully compatible with CUT30, CUT40 and CUT50 class machines. Sold as the torch head only — no packaging, cables or consumables included.
