All-Metal 0.4mm Hotend Kit

A pair of factory-assembled hotend units tailored for FLASHFORGE AD5X 3D printers. Each contains a 0.4mm stainless steel nozzle, copper heat sink block, heatbreak, and heater mount — fully metallic with no PTFE contact in the hot zone. Includes two silicone socks for thermal containment and two brass nozzle brushes for residue removal. All components comply with AD5X mechanical and electrical interface standards. No modifications needed — fits directly into existing mounts and connects via original wiring. Post-installation steps include checking bolt tightness (due to transit handling) and performing heated bed leveling to preserve Z-axis accuracy and layer adhesion integrity.
