Aluminum Cookie Press 20 Disc Set

This cookie press features a solid aluminum alloy frame (24 cm length, 380 g weight) and a 400 ml dough capacity. Its construction prioritises strength-to-weight ratio and surface hygiene — with no seams, welds, or coatings that could chip or harbour bacteria. The extrusion system uses a dual-seal plunger design: one static O-ring at the barrel base and one dynamic lip seal on the plunger head — jointly preventing seepage and ensuring full-volume discharge. Loading and disc-swapping require no tools or calibration. The 20 stainless steel discs include 12 seasonal and occasion-specific designs (e.g., wreath, egg, ghost, bell), 4 geometric staples (circle, triangle, diamond, hexagon), and 4 customisable options (blank, grid, dotted, scalloped). Four nozzles complement them with distinct extrusion profiles. Used weekly in households for routine treats, monthly for milestone celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries), and quarterly for community fundraising — its repeatable output, minimal learning curve, and low upkeep make it a dependable fixture in kitchens where baking is both ritual and utility.
