The powerful essential oils in the Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil help to settle the body and mind into a state of deep tranquility, leading to more restful sleep. With a blend of three key aromatherapy oils designed to help you drift off, the delicate scents of vetiver, camomile and sandalwood have been used for centuries to encourage peaceful slumber. Having developed something of a cult following, this luxurious bath and shower oil from London-based experts Aromatherapy Associates has won 10 UK beauty awards including InStyle’s Best Beauty Buys 2014 and 2015. With a base of nourishing coconut oil and a relaxing blend of essential oils, it leaves skin silky smooth and a lingering scent long after the bath water is gone. Add a capful to a running bath or massage into skin before showering. Relaxing Essential Oils Therapeutic treatments using essential oils have a history dating back 6,000 years. The ancient Greeks and Romans were aware of the healing properties of using aromatherapy but it wasn’t until the turn of the century that the modern aromatherapy movement was born. This sleep-inducing formula contains three key essential oils designed to help you relax deeply - vetivert, camomile and sandalwood, as well as earthy patchouli oil. Vetiver oil is derived from the grassy vetiver plant, which grows primarily in India. It is famed for its musky, earthy scent and soothing sedative properties. It is also rich in antioxidants and helps to calm nervous conditions and maintain good nerve health. Sandalwood is another deeply scented oil, deriving from the sap of the sandalwood tree. Throughout history it has been highly valued for its calming properties, and when paired with other scents helps aromas linger for longer. Perhaps the most famous of soothing herbs, camomile was prized by the Ancient Egyptians for its healing properties. As well as aiding digestion, camomile has also been linked to relieving depression thanks to its ability to lift the spirits. Another essential oil used as an antidepressant is patchouli. By inhaling the musky aroma it stimulates the production of pleasure hormones dopamine and serotonin, allowing feelings of anxiousness and stress to drift away. Aiding a More Restful Sleep Environmental factors such as visual overstimulation, stress, and the fast pace of modern life can all contribute to problems drifting off and staying asleep. While aromatherapy cannot cure the root cause of insomnia, taking a few steps towards a calmer bedtime can aid a more restful and deep sleep. Take a relaxing bath with Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil an hour before bed - warm water can stimulate blood circulation and make it difficult to drift off, so avoid bathtime immediately before turning in for the night. Avoid stimulation before going to sleep too; turn off the TV and your mobile phone a good hour before bed, and allow yourself to relax and distance yourself from the stresses of the day. Shipping products back to retailers
Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.
If you are returning products to several retailers, you should distribute the products accordingly and send the products to those retailers who shipped them to you initially.
We strongly recommend that you use registered mail (and insure any high-value packages), since neither Fruugo nor the retailer take responsibility for shipments that are lost or damaged during return transportation.
Please ensure you retain a proof of postage receipt so in the unlikely event your parcel goes missing, you will have proof you sent it.
You will be refunded within 14 days of the retailer receiving back the goods. We will notify you by e-mail once the products reach the retailer and are accepted for return. Where a retailer has offered to collect the goods, you will be refunded within 14 days of cancelling your contract.
Unless a product or products you wish to return arrived to you damaged or faulty, you are responsible for the return transportation costs.
Providing you are returning all the products from a specific retailer, we will refund the standard shipping costs you paid for the original delivery. If you chose to pay for a non-standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of our least expensive, standard delivery.

You will also be reimbursed for reasonable returns postage costs for damaged or faulty goods once we have received your postage receipt.
If the outer packaging of your order is clearly damaged on arrival, and you are suspecting that the products are damaged as well, you can either reject the delivery or accept the goods and sign for them as damaged. In both instances, please notify Fruugo customer care as soon as possible.
If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order (where the products or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective) you will be responsible for the postage charges. Any fees and charges incurred by the retailer due to a package being refused will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
