Assembled MK8 Hotend Aluminum Kit

Overall size approx. 52 x 63 x 72 mm (2.04 x 2.48 x 2.83 inches). Housing made from lightweight yet rigid aluminum alloy combined with impact-resistant ABS casing — balancing strength, thermal response, and ease of handling. The full set includes an assembled MK8 hotend and four functionally differentiated nozzles: atomising, straight-flow, left-angle, and right-angle — each machined to tight tolerances for repeatable spray geometry. Manual controls enable continuous variation of spray cone width and discharge rate. Modular architecture supports intuitive snap-fit assembly and tool-less servicing. Deployed successfully in small-scale farming, ornamental plant care, and light manufacturing rinse stations.
