Auto Shut-Off Stainless Float Valve

This 2-piece float valve set delivers fully mechanical, self-regulating water level control using stainless steel construction and silicone-sealed plunger technology. Each unit is rated for 1/2 inch inlet connection, supplied with brass-plated steel adapters to fit 3/4 inch and 1 inch BSP threaded ports. Total package weight is approx. 550 g. Dimensions per valve: ~11.5 cm length × 4.5 cm width × 4.5 cm height (±1–3 cm variance applies). The integrated filter sits directly before the flow path, and the float arm pivots smoothly on stainless pins. Operation is purely hydro-mechanical: falling water level lowers the buoyant float, pulling the lever to open the silicone plunger against water pressure; rising level lifts the float, closing the seal tightly. No adjustment tools needed — sensitivity is factory-set for stable cut-off within ±5 mm of target level. Suitable for elevated tanks, rainwater harvesting cisterns, aquaculture systems, automated watering troughs, and decorative fountains. Functions reliably under static head pressures typical of domestic gravity-fed systems (up to 3 bar working pressure). Not intended for high-velocity or pulsating flow lines.
