Bayonet-Mount Petal Shade

A black plastic petal-shaped lens shade engineered for precise fit on the Z DX 12–28mm f/3.5–5.6 PZ VR lens. It installs via bayonet coupling — a secure, tool-free attachment method commonly used on OEM accessories. Its four-petal geometry accommodates the rectangular image sensor’s aspect ratio, offering superior stray-light rejection compared to round hoods. Designed for practical use with Nikon Z-series mirrorless systems, including Z30, Z50, Zfc, Z5, Z6 II, Z7, Z8 and Z9 — as long as the compatible DX lens is mounted. Helps preserve dynamic range and colour fidelity in mixed or directional lighting.
