Brass DN25 Visual Adjustment Flow Valve

DN25 brass flow control valve featuring a prominent, tactile visual adjustment scale and built-in pressure relief capability. Rated for continuous use in hot water (up to 90°C) and chilled water (down to 5°C) systems. Flow capacity: 415 L/min at 1 bar differential pressure. All wetted parts made from high-grade DZR brass meeting BS EN 1254-2 and WRAS guidelines. Scale markings are laser-etched for permanent legibility and unaffected by cleaning agents or moisture exposure. Installation requires no special alignment — functions identically whether mounted upright, inverted or sideways in pipework. Enables precise flow limitation for circuit protection, pump protection and thermal output matching. Frequently used in combination with thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs), underfloor manifold sets and heat interface units (HIUs) to prevent overloading and ensure balanced thermal delivery. Validated in real-world UK installations including Passivhaus-certified dwellings, district heating interface kits and hospital HVAC secondary loops where reliability and traceability are mandatory.
