A precision-engineered hotend kit tailored for Ender 3 users who prioritise thermal consistency and mechanical longevity. Includes an M6-threaded brass nozzle, CNC-machined heating block, and grade-A PTFE pipe set. All parts conform to Ender 3’s native mounting interface and thermal management layout. The brass nozzle improves heat distribution versus generic aluminium versions, while the heating block ensures even pressure distribution on heater and sensor elements. PTFE tube is selected for low expansion coefficient and smooth inner bore. Hand-measured dimensions reflect typical Asian-manufacturing tolerances: ±1–3 cm (±0.4–1.2 in).
