This preassembled ceramic hotend kit features a 0.4mm hardened steel + brass nozzle and is designed for 1.75mm filament. It measures compactly to fit standard Centauri Carbon and Centauri 3D printers, with metal construction ensuring durability. The ceramic heater enables faster heating and superior thermal insulation compared to standard heaters, while the bimetallic nozzle supports efficient heat transfer and wear resistance. Rated for continuous operation up to 350°C (exceeding standard brass nozzles rated to 320°C), it ensures stable extrusion with PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, Nylon, and PEI filaments. Tight joint tolerances prevent filament leakage or oozing during printing, and smooth thermal contact between heater block and nozzle maintains consistent melt zone temperature for fine detail reproduction.
