CNC Aluminium Derailleur Extender

Precision CNC-machined from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy and finished with durable black+red anodising for long-term weather resistance. Supplied as a pair (2 pcs), each unit features a hollowed structural profile to optimise strength-to-weight ratio. Compatible with common MTB rear derailleur hanger extensions needed for 40T, 42T, 46T, 50T and 52T cassette configurations. The upgraded aluminium locking screw provides superior torque retention compared to standard hardware, reducing risk of slippage under load. Structural redesign removes mechanical limit stops, allowing extended vertical and rotational travel for accurate B-tension and derailleur positioning. Simple two-step installation: first secure extender to frame’s native tail hook, then mount rear derailleur to the extender’s interface.
