Commercial-Grade Steel Exit Button

Industrial-spec steel push button panel engineered for demanding UK access control deployments. 86×86 mm faceplate, 12 mm depth, 1.2 mm steel gauge. Weight: 182 g. Internal mechanism: Sealed SPST microswitch rated IP20, 100,000-cycle life, 24 V DC / 2 A max. Finish: RAL 7035 light grey polyester powder coat over electro-galvanised base. Button: 304 stainless steel, 22 mm diameter, 2.5 N actuation force. Mounting: Compatible with MK, Crabtree and Hager 2-gang enclosures; fits 25 mm shallow and 35 mm deep UK-standard boxes. Wiring: Dual captive-screw terminals accepting 0.5–2.5 mm² conductor size. Not suitable for AC line voltage or PoE-powered systems. Designed for indoor, temperature-stable environments only.
