The body and contact system are made entirely of copper — selected for its high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and low contact resistance. With 16 clearly indexed positions, it enables accurate setting retention and smooth rotational action. It is a drop-in replacement for KDH-40 / 2-8 specification switches and fits standard mounting configurations used in 120A to 250A welding machines. Each unit undergoes functional verification prior to packaging to ensure mechanical consistency and electrical continuity across all positions.
