Copper-Rubber Propane Torch

A dual-tip propane torch built with copper and rubber components, capable of reaching flame temperatures up to 2000°C. Its compact, handheld form factor supports precise control during high-heat operations. Tolerances in physical dimensions fall within ±1–3 cm. Suitable for welding silver, copper, and aluminium using only universal copper-aluminium flux-cored wire — tin-based variants are incompatible and must be avoided. Also widely used for outdoor grilling ignition, crème brûlée torching, copper pipe soldering, textile singeing, and general-purpose maintenance. Not intended for cast iron or thick-section castings. Prior to welding, ensure the joint area is completely clean — free of oil, dust, and oxidation. Heat the base metal gradually to 350–400°C before introducing filler wire; visual red-hot glow indicates overheating and should be avoided. The unit ships in blue colouring, though slight variations may occur due to manufacturing iterations or screen rendering differences.
