Measuring 3.5 inches in diameter with a 12mm splined bore and weighing 85g, it matches OEM mass moment of inertia for stable motor coupling. Its five hydrodynamic blades feature progressive twist geometry to sustain suction efficiency across the full battery discharge curve—from 100% to 20% charge. Compatible exclusively with Hayward SharkVac XL and TigerShark QC (RC9990A), it operates reliably in freshwater, saltwater (up to 6000 ppm), and bromine-treated spas. Ideal for UK domestic pools with seasonal temperature swings (2°C–35°C) and fluctuating pH (7.2–7.8). Installation requires only opening the filter tray and pressing the impeller fully onto the motor shaft—no calibration or reset needed.
