A purpose-built pull start assembly for Honda GX160 and GX200 5.5HP/6.5HP engines and compatible clones. Its defining feature is the curved steel rod pawl, which must be verified against your existing unit prior to purchase. Critical dimensions: ratchet diameter 55 mm (1.97 in), mounting holes spaced 160 mm apart at centres and 80 mm between adjacent holes. The housing integrates metal elements to improve resistance to friction and mechanical stress, while the overall construction uses durable plastic for weight and cost efficiency. A factory-aligned coil spring ensures rapid, controlled cord retraction. Supplied with 1 pull plate, 1 rope, and 3 screws.
