Development Board for LSM303DLH Triaxial Accelerometer and Magnetometer E-Compass Module

This electronic sensor module integrates a three-axis magnetometer and a three-axis accelerometer using the LSM303DLH chip to provide six-axis data detection over a standard IIC communication protocol. It operates with a power supply between 3 and 5 volts and includes internal signal processing circuits. 1. The package contains one module measuring approximately 7.8 by 6 by 0.2 centimeters or 3.07 by 2.36 by 0.08 inches. 2. Data output utilizes a 12bit AD converter supporting selectable magnetic field ranges from ±1.3 to ±8.1 gauss and acceleration ranges up to ±8 g. 3. The printed circuit board features immersion gold plating applied via a machine welding process. 4. The accelerometer component includes sleep and low power modes along with two programmable interrupt interfaces. 5. Operation maintains magnetization direction for accuracy over long periods and resumes normal function after strong magnetic field interference without manual correction.
