It replaces or upgrades the original front and rear dust adaptor housing (OEM references N168420 and N108974). The unit is constructed from plastic and installs directly using factory mounting points. No other components are included. Its purpose is to ensure reliable connection between the saw and vacuum system, supporting cleaner operation during repetitive cross-cutting, rip-cutting, or bevel work — especially important in enclosed spaces like extensions, lofts, or rental properties where dust dispersion must be tightly controlled.
