DIN rail-mountable serial-to-Ethernet gateway featuring single RS485 port and full TCP/IP stack. Operates across -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature and 5–95% non-condensing relative humidity. Powered by wide-range 5–36 V DC supply via screw-terminal block. Enclosure meets IP30 ingress protection standard. Supports bidirectional transparent data transmission with no latency or buffering delay. Protocols include Modbus RTU ↔ TCP bridging, MQTT publish/subscribe, UDP datagram exchange, and TCP client/server operation. Network configuration options: DHCP or static IP. Hardware interfaces: RJ45 (10/100 Mbps auto-sensing), micro USB (configuration/firmware), and physical RELOAD button. Status indication via four LEDs (POWER, WORK, NET, LINK). Advanced features include register mapping, virtual COM port emulation, AT command interface, and configurable packet framing logic.
