DIY Concrete Stepping Stone Mold

This plastic paving mold serves as a versatile stepping stone and path unit former, sized at 45 cm × 45 cm × 4 cm. Made from food-grade PP (polypropylene), it is non-toxic, UV-resistant and chemically inert — safe for contact with cementitious materials and unaffected by lime leaching. The mold features reinforced corner ribs and tapered sidewalls for controlled demoulding. Compatible with all standard concrete types including fast-set, fibre-reinforced and self-leveling mixes. Designed for outdoor use year-round: performs reliably in rain, frost and direct sunlight. Cleaning is simple — rinse with water after each use; store flat or stacked vertically to preserve shape. One mold produces one complete paver per cycle — ideal for incremental project progress without bulk storage or mixing overcapacity.
