DSP Dual Stepper Driver 48V 7.2A

Compact 12 × 7.8 × 3.5 cm driver board built on PCB with ABS housing. Designed for dual-phase stepper motors including NEMA 17 and NEMA 23. Operates on 24–80 V DC input, optimised at 36 V DC, with ≥ 200 VA power handling. Output current is fully adjustable from 2.4 A to 7.2 A in 0.5 A steps via onboard DIP switches. Uses dual-channel constant-current PWM drive for consistent phase current regulation. Includes optical isolation for noise-resistant signal reception — compatible with common cathode, common anode, and differential step/dir sources; supports pulse frequencies up to 200 kHz. Engineered for smooth low-speed running: no vibration, near-silent operation. Proven anti-interference performance enables repeatable microstep positioning in electromagnetically challenging settings. Meets insulation standards: >500 MΩ resistance and 500 V AC/1 min dielectric strength. Requires natural convection cooling; install in dust-free, non-corrosive, dry environments with ambient temperatures between 0°C and +50°C and humidity below 80% RH (non-condensing).
