Dual-Mode 4-20mA Programmable Source

This programmable signal source generates highly stable and adjustable DC voltage and current signals for commissioning, diagnostics, and validation of industrial measurement systems across the UK and EU. Voltage output spans ±10V down to 0–1V with selectable factory default 0–10V; current output covers 0–20mA, 4–20mA, and 0–22mA (factory default 0–22mA). Accuracy after calibration is ±0.05V for voltage and ±0.05mA for current. Voltage drive capability remains below 20mA; current mode supports loads up to 499Ω. Resolution is consistently 0.01V and 0.01mA. Its robust construction and deterministic output make it suitable for daily use in process plants, utility substations, and HVAC control rooms where reliability trumps feature bloat.
